This
is a non-trading EA to track the daily range and
reversals.
When
AlertTrigger is reached an on-screen alert
appears and there is an option for email/paging. This
alert was originally created in the fall of 2007,so
I could track the DOW index and it's reversals. For
me, it was not as important to know whether the
CLOSE of the DOW was up or down by a certain number
of points, but whether or not the index fell or rose
a certain number of points during the day. This
alert was originally set for 150 points, or 15000
pips. Due to frequent alerts I increased the trigger
to 20000, but there were still days it went off
multiple times. I currently (Feb. 2010) have it set
at 15000 (150 points) for the DOW.
